1. Announcements 

• Current Membership Total: 74 members 54 Active

• Current account balance: $4656.62

• Expenses:

  • Membership Works, Snyder app, QuickBooks, Insurance for “Night out” – Special Event Insurance

• Events Committee:

  • Evening Social April 14th – Shine on Living – The clubhouse with Keith and Melissa Miller From 6-8

  • May Social Host needed

  • FMA 2nd Annual Night Out For Freeport – 6/18/2022. 3:00- 8:00pm. Location TBA

Membership Committee: 

 3 New Members: Panhandle Bear, Studio Panache, Veratos Restorations
- Studio Panache would like a Grand Opening – Ribbon Cutting on April 30th 

General Topics: 

• Increase FB Followers
  - Chase and Ethan can significantly increase followers to 10-20k for $150 

• Feature a business 2 times a week on Tuesday and Thursday

  • On our Facebook page we can rotate our membership 2 x per week.

  • New members would be put in front and then added to the rotation

  • Adds more value

  • Brings more people to the page

• Possible paid ads for Businesses $5

Possible increase of dues from $100 to $125 to help with new member 

Open Discussion: 

• JNS is accepting new clients for bookkeeping accounting payroll CFO services and bothbusiness and personal taxes

• Sports to Geaux has taken over the Freeport little league concession stand and will bedonating a LARGE sum of the proceeds back to the organization so stop by and supportthem all Monday Tuesday Thursday Friday at the sports complex
