1. Announcements 

• Current Membership Total: 72

• Current account balance: $4264.57

• Expenses:

  • Synder App, Membership Works, Publix

    - We are officially a 501c6

• Events Committee:

  • This weekend is the RISE Animal Refuge Event – Friday and Saturday Night

  • February 10th will be hosted by Gibson Commercial Solutions @ the Hammock Bay Clubhouse from 6-9pm

  • March – Angie with Puppies to Guppies – possibly

    - All socials need to be held at public facilities going forward.

2. General Topics 

Overall Objectives:

• Reach 100 members 

  More people at the morning meetings

  • Guest Speakers

  • City to come inform what’s coming

  • Chase - Latilda agrees to share month;y what is in the works

  • Nanci - possibly a different topic each month

  • Make the FMA a central spot for information. Website - events around Freeport

  • Monthly Newsletter

Open Discussion: 

Lori - Do we want to form a coalition with other non-profits that serve Freeport? 

• Work with them to coordinate events so they are not at the same time. 

• Quarterly meetings with other Non-profits 

Lori to brainstorm, send out email about the idea and Start a spreadsheet.
